Shipping
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order has shipped, we will send you another email along with the link to track your order. Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes, return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.)
- Orders returned after the return window are subject to restocking fees. (Case-by-case)
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.
